1. Nature of what we deliver
Ibizo Technologies Private Limited operates Luxati Estate and Luxati Partner as digital products. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There is no shipping fee, courier partner, or postal delivery involved.
2. How services are delivered
- App access: Luxati Estate and Luxati Partner are delivered through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once you install the app and verify your mobile number, you have full access to the relevant features for your role (buyer or broker).
- Broker activation: Brokers obtain full access to buyer briefs once KYC, RERA, GSTIN and bank-account verification are complete. Verification is usually finished within 24 working hours of the broker submitting complete information.
- Buyer matching: Once a buyer posts a brief, matched listings begin to appear in real time as brokers respond. There is no fixed delivery window — match speed depends on broker availability in the requested locality.
- Closure-fee share settlement (for brokers): Payouts to brokers, net of the closure-fee share due to Luxati, are settled weekly to the broker's verified bank account.
3. Delivery jurisdiction
The Platform is currently operated for users located in India, with the launch market being Delhi NCR (Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Dwarka Expressway and Sohna) and expansion to other Indian cities ongoing. The Platform may not be lawful to use in some jurisdictions outside India.
4. Service interruptions
We aim for high availability of the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated through the app where reasonably practicable. Unplanned outages will be restored as quickly as we are able to. Service interruptions do not, by themselves, give rise to a refund of any closure-fee share that has already become payable.
